Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to process my order? 

All orders are processed within 1-2 days.  Shipments occur on Saturdays, however not during holidays.  Processing time is subject to change and may be longer during high order volume time.  You will be notified with tracking when your package has shipped.

Please be mindful there maybe delays due to COVID-19.


Where do you currently ship?

We currently ship in the US (domestically).  Internationally, we currently service AUS, UK, and CA. Stay tuned as continue to expand! 


How much are shipping fees? 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders in the US and CA.  Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost which you will find at checkout.

International shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.  We offer both standard and expedited options.


What do shipping times look like? 

Our standard US shipping can take between 3-5 days to receive your order. Expedited 2-day shipping is available at an additional cost. 

International orders, depending on destination, shipping time will vary anywhere between 6-20 days.  

Please note this does not include holidays and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc).  You will receive an email with tracking information once your oder has shipped, make sure to follow along! 


Your 100% satisfaction is important for us.  We hope you love your Miel Oro pieces, however if you're not satisfied you can request a refund.  We have a 25-day FREE return policy, which means you have 25 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@mieloro.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Refunds

When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.  If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.  Please allow for bank to process return, typically 3-12 days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special order or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Damages

We inspect all merchandise before packing and sending, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email contact@mieloro.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.  Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis. 


We pride ourselves in only using quality materials for our jewelry.  Every jewelry piece we offer is made of 100% solid gold, specifically 14k gold.

How do I care for my jewelry? 

Practicing occasional care for your jewelry will keep your piece shiny.  We recommend using a mixture of warm water and non-fragranced dish soap to run your pieces through.  Gently brush with a small toothbrush and place in lukewarm water to rinse.  

Make sure to air dry or pat dry with a paper-towel. We also recommend using a polish/clean cloth to keep things clean.
